We manufacture sheet metal top and bootom covers. All child parts are made in-house for better quality control. Regular quality checks are done at frequent intervals and reports are generated in a statistical manner for easy identification of any errors. Chisel tests and nugget tests are performed at regular intervals to eliminate any defect arising out of welding error.
The machining is done on CNC lathes which are equipped with auto-gauging facility wherein the machine will automatically adjust the offset as the tool wears out. The machine will sense the variation in size by the air plug which is an integral part of the machine attached to the auto-gauging.
100% material is inspected by air plug gauge and ring gauge to ensure zero defect supplies. The material can be supplied duly powder-coated/only phosphated as per the requirement of the customer.
